I am currently seeking to represent illustrators and author/illustrators who authentically depict the world we live in, which naturally includes people who have been historically underrepresented. In particular, I am looking for illustrators and stories by illustrators from marginalized communities, with lived experiences, whose existence informs and guides their work. I am also looking for stories created for any age group (from the youngest reader to the young adult audience) that make me laugh, cry, or feel any sort of way. Irreplaceable characters with unique perspectives are key!

If you are submitting an art portfolio because you illustrate and not write (and therefore don’t have a specific project), please enter N/A for the title in the ABOUT THE BOOK section, choose ILLUSTRATOR as a genre, and put “0” for the word count (all of those are required fields in QueryManager), then complete the next section FOR ARTISTS AND ILLUSTRATORS.
