Thank you for your interest in UTA! I acquire both fiction and nonfiction, but am specifically seeking novels at this time. In fiction, I am drawn to dark and offbeat humor, gripping narratives, strong commercial hooks, family dynamics, and nuanced female perspectives. Think Mona Awad, Alexandra Kleeman, or Halle Butler. In nonfiction, I am interested in essay collections and memoirs that are funny, outrageous, shocking, emotional, or all of the above. I also enjoy true crime, pop culture, and narrative history.

I am not looking for WWII historical fiction, sci-fi, or anything to do with the CIA/FBI (i.e no spy thrillers).
